How do I get technical support for my services with EasyASP Hosting ?
Technical support is provided using our Online Heldpesk located in our Billing System at: Once logged it, click on the "Get Support" tab to the top of your screen, then click on "Create Ticket" under the "Support Desk" option. You will only need the email address you used to sign up with and the password you entered when you signed up. Please be as detailed as possible when creating a support ticket. Include any relevant information such as what application or service you're having an issues with, any version numbers, any specific error messages you are receiving, etc. The more detailed you are, the faster we can get your technical question resolved.
